Tips matching this competition are discarded automatically, and it never enters the season or fixture maintenance queues. No provider mapping is needed — this is for leagues no data source carries.
Excluded competitions

Excluding a competition deletes its seasons, fixtures and outrights immediately (INV-187) and discards its tips — un-excluding stops future tips being discarded but restores nothing. Restore discarded picks from the tipster's discarded list; the deleted fixtures come back on the next fetch.
